TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change any part of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Personalised Designs

All designs are our own. Each design is tailored to suit your needs, therefore creating margin for error. You must check all aspects of the design before completing your order.  The Gift Bible will not accept any responsibility for mistakes after this process, i.e grammar or spelling errors. Printing colours may differ slightly from that shown on your device screen.

We reserve the right to reproduce any quote that has been supplied by the customer on any of our products.

Logo Design

All logo designs come with the RAW design file, in .EPS format and is designed in illustrator, we will also supply any font names used, and colour scheme so you can keep your branding throughout.

YOU MUST: Email sales@thegiftbible.co before purchasing this item, so we can make sure we can fit your needs.

Please note, once designs has been confirmed and all files have been received by yourself, any edits/changes wanted a any point after final logo has been approved, will be subject to an additional charge.

Payment, Refunds & Exchanges

Each design must be paid in FULL before the product is shipped. This includes payment for shipping.

I gladly offer refunds for damaged items and cancellations:

We will accept refunds on lost or damaged items, We do not accept refunds on bespoke orders, i.e any item which has been fully personalised or slightly personalised to your specifications such as colour choices, wording etc, unless the item it faulty & you have contacted us before hand

No refunds will be given for printed spelling mistakes or slight mismatch in printed colours.

You must contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Send items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase

Damaged items must have photographic proof

If a refund is agreed, The Gift Bible will cover costs of shipping.

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges on items of clothing that are not personalised,  unworn, are smoke/pet hair free & in the original condition it was sent

You must contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Send items back within: 7 days of delivery
If an exchange is agreed, You must cover costs of return shipping.

Shipping

All products are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hr courier service, and are packaged/shipped individually. All phone cases are dispatched using Royal mail large 2nd class. Once your order has been booked in for shipping or posted via royal Mail we advise 3-5 working days for your item to arrive, Items can sometimes be delayed in transit due to public holidays or weekends. Although great care is taken during the packaging process to prevent breakages, these are sometimes unavoidable.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, if you’re not at home when your postman calls, he will leave a card to tell you that you can collect your parcel at the nearest collection depot. They will only keep the parcel there for around 3 weeks, then it is returned to YM-Creations. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel if you don’t, you will have to pay for re-delivery charge.

You order should arrive within ONE week of your completed order email, at the latest, please do not leave it any longer before contacting us if your item hasn’t arrived.

Although great care is taken during the packaging process to prevent breakages, these are sometimes unavoidable.

In any such case, please email sales@thegiftbible.co with as much information as possible about the damage. We will respond within 5 working days and in most cases, issue a replacement item. Refunds will be considered if the date has passed for which you required the item, such as a birthday.

Turnaround

Each item has it’s own expected dispatch date displayed on the product page, checkout page and confirmation of order email. If a date is not shown, our turnaround time is between 2-3 weeks. Although every effort it made to get your items to you as quickly as physically possible. Due to being a home run business and the nature of our products, it takes time to create and ship each one.

Under certain circumstances, we may agree to get your item to you by a certain date. This must be pre-arranged prior to your order, otherwise, we may not be able to fulfill your deadline.

Special Date’s Turnaround.

Order’s must be placed on or before each date for guaranteed delivery.

During the Christmas period, all items purchased on or before 4th December 2019 will arrive in time for christmas, all items purchased after this date cannot be guaranteed, Order’s placed after this date will NOT be processed until 2nd January 2019.

Glittered Mounts

All mounts are glittered by hand with loose glitter. You may find that your order arrives with loose glitter on the glass or on the frame, this will easily wipe away with a dry cloth. Over time the glitter may fade slightly or loosen.

Frames

Try to avoid hanging your frames above radiators or directly opposite windows, to avoid the print from fading.

Phone Cases

Although our phone cases are professionally printed to the highest standards, the printed words or images on the case may start to fade after time. This is usual wear and tear and there is no way to prevent such wear and tear.

Canvases

Must be hung out of direct sunlight to avoid fading, print colours may vary to on screen colours.

Glassware

Due to the nature of these product please note colours may vary and can achieve different results from the images on screen.
We advise to Hand Wash the item Only, and to not scrub as you may scratch off the design

Mugs

All mugs are printed in house and have a production time of 3 weeks, each item is individually checked and packaged. We recommend handing washing mugs, as dishwashers can cause the design to fade.

Cushions & Cushion Covers

Please allow 3 weeks for production and delivery of your cushions/cushion covers. We recommend hand washing your product to avoid any damage to the printed design. Cushion fabric may vary depending on stock available at time of purchase but is always printed on a white cover. Refunds will only be accepted for damaged or defected products within 5 working days of receipt of the products. Photographic evidence must be provided to support Your claim for a refund

Discounts/Giveaways

We are not associated with any discount code/giveaway websites displayed on google, unless stated on here. All available discounts/giveaways will have an expiry date shown and will be advertised on our social media pages ONLY. We politely ask that you do not enter our details on these websites, or enter any giveaway using these bot sites. We find this unfair on our customers who enter genuinely to win one of our products.
